the new band t-shirt is coming out n jus here to remind u guys to start saving $$money$$,u're have 5choices for the t-shirts n if u dont like certain parts of the shirt..u can come n look for ur uniform i.c Yueting n she will try 2 change it =] If u're unhappy with certain things tat is related to band [example:leaders,majors,conductor,teachers,uniform,panishments,extra cca or lessons etc.] pls come n look for mi n i will try to sort things out k =]

next practice is tuesday... im not sure if we will be playing for project cabin or not... haha... but definitely national day... so better work wif the scores... especially seniors... some of u dunnoe how to sight read de... not good lehx... must try to sight read... then can improve in ur reading of notes without a problem?! so better try to sight read no matter what... okaes?? well thats what i got to say...haix... oklar... gtg! must have good attendance on tuesday hor?? oklar... bye!!!!

2.30 pm - report to the music room n set up your chairs n instruments
2.45 pm - fall in behind the music room (attendence marking)
3.00 pm - band starts
6.00 pm - pack up n leave
[Note: Please do not be late by 2.45 pm or u will b considered as late comers n u will b punished
Report to Ziqi if u're late so she can mark ur attendence=]

Hello its xinhui here again. Hope that the last post that i wrote did not cause ani comotions or anithing. haha. Well,I have decided to set rules for the band blog as i wanna let ppl feel safe and comfrotable cuming in here to see and to tag.Here are the rules:(1)Pls leave your names when u tag on our tag board, If u do not wish to leave your name, you could leave your section name down. jus here to support the juniors..national is coming n our very first task for the juniors is to perform! we will b playing : Lord Of The Rings, Asentium, Juniors Rocks, Banana Boat, Clarinet Blues n maybe Dedicaiton March And Celebration..but all this pieces r not confirmed yet,will keep ur updated =] so juniors..remind ur friends to turn up for every practice n if u have any tuitions or lessons outside,pls change it to other day..=] Seniors..ur part is to try ur very best n teach ur juniors well,c their weakness n train them till they r perfect. as wat mr lun has said today..the sec4s n 5s has step down n we cant depend on them anymore,we ourself have to make ourself prefect =]
one more thing..when mr lun is talking..pls pls pls..keep quite cause its really rude when somebody is talking infront n u'r behind chit chatting away..pls improve on tat k =] believe in urself n dont give up on ur instruments..they r just a piece of metal or wood..u r the one who r controling them..dont let them control u..JIAYOU!

HELLO everyone. xinhui here. okie, first of all, i wanna say sorry cos i haven been cuming in here to update. Been busy wif o level preparations and stuff BUT still go fer band on tue and thu to observe the band.Not to hao lian but my heart is always wif northbrooks concert band.Secondly, Just wanna say sumthing abt the tagboard stuff. I have seen mani post by mani of our ex and current members. Thanks everyone for tagging in. Really appreciate all the tags that all of you have made. The things i'm gonna say next does not offend or pin point to anione. Well, most of u hav noe that we hav our new batch of committee members already and we all noe that they are all trying veri hard to control the band by giving them suggestions also. Thk fer all suggestions made.I thk we haf to give t the new batch of committee members time to prove themselves and to everyone. Cos i feel that forcing them is not the point.And i do agree wif amy and joleen that they are still sec school and their authorities are reali, reali veri limit. and i haf already said that whether the amount of ppl in each section is reali not to up to us to control. So i reali dun wanna c complains abt wat section has too mani and need to adjust or stuff. Thirdly,i hope that this band blog is a place for ppl to talk abt band stuff or band life and not abt other things. Cos i reali hope that there is no internal conflicts or sumthing.The band itself already has mani things going on.I do not wish to add on to ani of their burdens. And i reali hope to see northbrooks concert band name going on fer 10 or 20 years or even forever.So i hope that everyone just stay happy and have a nice day.

hmm..band members should have some sense of unity,the leaders r trying very hard to improve the band n hope u guys learn to appreciate it =] we r learning from our mistakes n hope u guys learn from ur mistakes too..tml theres band practice n remember to say "Sorry Mr Lun..we apologise for wad we have done for the last practice,pls forgive us" hopefully he will forgive us n seniors pls go practice during sectionals n dun joke around cos we wont wan mr lun to quit jus like tat.his a nice conductor..=]
