Hello! Its me,xinhui again.
Well, i went to the music room for a while today. Attendance is still bad as there is still many who did not turn up for band prac today. Its 6 mths to syf 2007! If your still wanna reach the goal that u have set, you will have to start coming to band and start practising now! No point trying to run away by not coming for band. Cause i have already said before, All these will be reflected inside your results slip.
If u have not be coming regularly for band, you might get a fair or poor grade. This reflects on the attitude. I once remember my primaryschool band conductor said this to my band:'What kind of attitude you have put in to study, is what kind of attitude you will give for your commitment in band'. If u have got a fair or poor grade, you will know how much of commitment u have given.
For those who will be sitting for o's and n's, if u have not been coming for band, you might have to make up cca time while the others are studying. This applies for every cca. If not, you will not be able to get your testimonial.
I really do hope that you have understand this. Becos for now, not only academic results counts, But your cca grades also matters a lot.
And also, u do not want the efforts of your previous seniors to go down to the drain , right?
They have help the school to achieve those 2 medals. And i'm sure that u do not want to dissapoint the school and the seniors right?
Now is the time and your turn to SHINE. Let the others know that Northbrooks concert band can be the best!
