whoa... shocked that the band attendance was really bad... what is that? all of u as band members should be responsible to turn up for practices!! as said on the previous post that xinhui made... u all should know that ur attendance is reflected in ur results slip!!! ur cca points can actually help u in ur results!!! if u still carry on not turning up for practices.. we really cannot help u le.. syf is in half a year time.. we only got half a year to practice our choice piece and sect piece... the sect piece is not given too!! we took such a long time to play spirit of the pioneers... and until now we still cannot play that piece well... i suggest that all of u shud focus on band now since its the holidays... dun give excuses that are not valid!!! its time to buck up!!! we have to work on out foot drills and discipline also... the discipline of the band is terrible... when asked to play a piece... instead of practicing the piece given... u all play other pieces like ascentium and so on... we shud be focusing on one piece for now!!! and that is spirit of the pioneers!!!! pls... i do not want this to happen again... pls pls pls turn up for practices and practice well... cause we're not gonna make it to syf if all of u continue to be like that!!! the award won from the syf can actually help in ur cca points... winning a silver or gold can get u around 3 points... which is good... all u have to do is play hard!!! that simple... i dun find the reason why u all must run away from band practice!!! this is for your own good!!! i hope what i said makes u think... 'cause if it doesnt... then something is definitely wrong wif u...im not kidding... think about all of this... IT CAN HELP U!!!!! i hope all of u have recieve ur holiday band practice schedule...if not pls ask ur friends to photocopy or get it from mrs ng, mr chan or mrs yap...signing offk a m i y a h
