HELLO:)Haven been in here to blog for ages:)And i'm quite shocked by the tag too. Not only just ying ling.As a past senior, i dun thk i would ever refer to the band as retarded.(no offence but that's just my personal view).Attendance has always been a problem for our band. Not just ying ling's batch.But my batch has the same problem too:) When everyone comes for band, there's bound to haf someone not attending band prac. And worst, ppl only start coming weeks or even 1 mnths b4 syf( no offence either).And i'm very sorry to ying ling and angie that i didn't really taught u all much bout my own experience. But i'm not very sure whether the methods used in our daes would actually help to control the band. BUT BUT. i'm very sure that your methods would work well! Cause u all understand the current band better than me or even the past seniors:)And most importantly,make use of all the knowledge gained in the NCO camp to help improve the band! And i still remember the lecturer told us something that i would never forget:'Everyone in the band is equal'. Hopefully it helps u!Remember that there's always a senior behind u all in everything u do!Even though i can't help much:)take carexinhui
