Hey,
Today the band attendance is still not good. Mr Lun was very sad when he came, the whole band had a heart to heart talk. The members voice out their feedbacks and suggestion. After the talk, everyone is like so relieved and happy.
Its has been long since i felt so relaxed in the band after i got promoted as the band major.
All these months, i can never enjoy like how i did when i was a normal member.
We planned to have more celebrations. Like birthdays and BBQ.
The holiday practice are cancelled. Because mrs ng and mr lun felt that its unfair to the consistant members. We talk it out, and decided to have practice on 4,6,11,13 dec. But its on our free will, whether we want to come on these dates. The response was good, the members promised to attend.
4 and 6 dec, we are going to practice on our formation display.
5 hours, and 1 hour lunch break. All of us will be going out to have lunch together. Good for bonding.
11 and 13 dec, All of us will organise the band clubhouse together, we are going to paint the walls, decorate and bring in the furnitures. Mr Lun is going to donate TV, and PS2. haha.
After we finish everything, we are going to go outside and have pot-luck together, everyone is going to bring our own food and share with each other. And we'll also buy a big cake and celebrate everyone's birthday.
Anyway, how old is the band already ? 7 ? We want to celebrate NORTHBROOKS CONCERT BAND BIRTHDAY.
I feel so relieved now. Even though the attendance is not as good as before. But the ppl seems to be happier. I've learnt that if we are really sincere, they will give their respect and willingness too.
